SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer delivery Australia-wide and all of our parcels are dispatched via Australia Post so we cannot guarantee delivery dates or delivery times, we will do our best to try and ensure your parcel arrives in a timely manner.  We do not recommend that you organise delivery to Australia Post parcel lockers due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures

  • All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave

  • If the parcel is left at your house unattended, we do not take responsibility for loss or damage 

  • Your orders will be packed with care and are usually shipped in 1-2 working days

  • Occasionally we do run out of some products or have a rush on a particular product and your order may be delayed due to high volumes - if it is a significant delay, we will contact you to check whether this is OK or if you would like to swap for another item

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & collect is available by appointment only.   Please select pickup under the shipping down box at checkout.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within two (2) business days of receipt of your product

  • ​If you wish to dispute the contents of your receipted order, please contact us by phone or email within two (2) business days of receipt of your order

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or unwanted product, but will always refund for an error that we have made, or a faulty product

  • Refunds are made when goods for refund are returned in an unused original and saleable condition within original packaging and with all tags and labels attached.  Any refund we make will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods

  • If your purchase has not met you expectations please contact us by phone or email within teo (2) business days of receipt of your order
